Only One of the Things We're Doing
 First, let me say a huge "Thank you" to those of you who gave an extra special gift to help us through last month's financial crisis. We made it through, praise God. And we press ahead. Our latest newsletter just went out describing the "Great Dr. Wonder Giveaway" -- a new thrust to place copies of the Dr. Wonder DVD set in public libraries, Christian schools, and, of course, Deaf schools all over America. I think it's a really fun idea because with one single gift you can bless (1) Deaf kids who can't tune in the show on their local TV stations, (2) institutions who serve in your local community, and (3) Silent Blessings who will use whatever is left over after manufacturing and shipping to put into making new programs. When you get that packet in the mail, please give it serious prayer and consideration, won't you?? I know we talk a lot about Dr. Wonder's Workshop, because that is such a huge project, and it requires much of our time and attention. But we continue to be very involved in other things as well. My travel schedule continues as I go from church-to-church encouraging, assisting, and educating people about the need for greater efforts in the Deaf mission field. We continue to do radio interviews, write papers, collaborate with other ministries on their projects, and try to connect Deaf families with the people and resources they need. It's one of the most important things we do, and we do it every day. Thanks again for making it possible through your prayers and your financial support! Bless you! -- Marshall
